Bulk Household Collection Service

Homemakers operates a Bulky Collection service from homes within Monmouthshire as part of its Service Level Agreement with Monmouthshire County Council.

To organise a collection please contact the Homemakers showroom on 01873 857618. Prior to contacting Homemakers please make a list of the items you would like us to collect.

All furniture that is deemed not suitable for re-use is stripped for its components for recycling and therefore furniture does not have to have fire labels to be collected.

We do ask for furniture that is left outside to be collected, to be covered over. This protects it from the rain and allows staff / volunteers to handle it easily and gives a chance of the items been reused. Furniture that is too wet may be refused on collection.
